Headspace

Your headspace has value. You can regain headspace lost, but energy is a bank account, and only you have the login password. Sometimes we feel drained, even by the people we care for most. How do we pilot our work and these interactions? And what is the cost? Does avoiding the potential for lost headspace mean closing the door for hours, skirting duties, and neglecting relationships?

Multiplicity over multi-tasking. Quality time. Streamlined over scattered. Alexa and Chat-GPT may alleviate our cognitive load, but, how do we care for our work and simultaneously care for the people we love?

We need people too. Even if some days we need our headspace more.
